Stammtisch - Portland

We popped into Stammtisch on a Sunday night around 7:30 and were able to sit down right away. Service was great— very kind and laid back. The indoors looked fun, but the weather was so nice this week we sat outside! The seating is out on the sidewalk, lit with warm string lights. It’s super cozy. Food wise, we loved it all. The salad was sweet and refreshing, the entrees tasty, and the apple strudel was downright excellent. They have a decent selection of both medium and large sized entrees, which was really cool to see. The rinderbraten dish in particular was fantastic. The cabbage, spatzle, beef— just every component was packed with flavor and cooked just right. Great German food.

Food is as Cloe to authentic without going to Europe. They kept the doors open making it uncomfortable due to the cold wind. Not a place to catch up with friends due to noise level being high at times. The staff are excellent but stretched thin. Best to take a Uber because the parking is non-existent

This place is sooo cute, and it has outstanding food as well as a killer selection of German beer. Order the jagerschnitchel done with the breed pork (weinerschitchzel) for maximum yum.

Food was great. The servers were delightful but the service was slow. Might have just been under staffed for the night

The beer was good and also the beer was good. I had pork and it was delicious. The beer was good.
