Roxy's Island Grill - Portland

So damn good. It was pretty busy and I got my order in maybe 5 minutes. It was everything I hoped to be, and more. Jusf delicious. Not a single flaw. Please don't ever change. It was my first time there and now I think I'm gonna get hooked!Food: 5/5

Talk about a hard working group of guys. I came on a day (11:30am) when the cook failed to show. These 3 men went to work making the most of the situation. I was greeted immediately, though they were busy-5 tables full 4 of us for takeout, I was told they were short handed and running about 20 min longer than average. Watched them kick butt. Food was consistent... they beat the w0 min delay!

Ordered food here and had a terrible experience, I definitely recommend going to a different Roxy’s location. I paid $4 extra for teriyaki sauce on the side. It was apparent they were mad I ordered sides of sauce and in return I was given no sauce and they cooked my meat dry as a bone in no sauce as well. When I got home and realized there was no sauce I tried calling and got hung up on. Bunch of immature little kids working here who obviously can’t get a better job. Roxy’s in Oregon city and Canby is well worth the drive, food is 100x better and you get respectful service.

Been coming here regularly for a few years now and it’s going downhill. The floors are nasty, the woman taking the orders makes it clear she doesn’t want to be there and makes it an awkward and unwelcoming experience for everyone in the store, every single time (I could understand having an “off” day but that’s not what’s happening)Food quality went from excellent to abysmal and I just can’t see myself giving them anymore chances and wasting my money any longer.
