I rarely write reviews, but I have to share my experience! OMG, I took one bite of my "make your own bowl" and all my problems just melted away. The steak, rice, chips—everything was warm and fresh. It was all absolutely perfect, and that's why it deserves a review, no question about it. I ordered from here at night, so I wasn't expecting such freshness, but I was completely surprised! I love you so much, Chipotle, you never disappoint. Dinner has been served—amen! ❤️

The portion size was smaller than I anticipated, the fajita vegetables were mostly undercooked, and the guacamole tasted stale. It was pricier than Chipotle, but the quality was inferior.

The chips and queso were fantastic, and the burrito was a good size. However, the bowl was quite small and not worth the $14 price tag.

Outrageous price for an average, at best, burrito. Kids nachos had cheese and sour cream but no veggies. Queso diablo was bland and tasted processed (not fresh) and the chips were stale. Overall overpriced and nothing special.
