Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Portland

The person waiting for me was very punctual and helpful. but during my dinner there was this female employee who laughed and share her layers, and complained, and the worst of all, each phrase was **** with the F bomb....with customers in the opposite. if they want to eat living language and culture with their food, this is the place to be. btw, the hunch with red beans and rice were great, so the generous two stars.

Popeyes food is really good however, their service is terrible. We went through the drive through, on 82nd in Portland, Oregon, because we didn’t want to go in as we had our 2 grand babies in the car. We ordered a 12 piece nugget meal and 1 chicken sandwich for which we had to pull to the parking lot for; it’s not like we ordered a giant family meal. We had to leave their property, drive around the block for a 12 piece nugget meal and sandwich; okay.Then they deliver to the parking lot the sandwich and nuggets, no drink and no potatoes. We wait! No one comes to deliver these items. I have to go into their store to retrieve what I paid for. I walk in and I’m ignored, I’m not greeted. When I finally tell the guy who took my ordered and delivered it to my car that I need my drink and potatoes, he disappears to the drivethru window and make no attempt to get my missing items. I have to raise a ruckus to get someone’s attention; then this lady Mona; come from the back, asks no questions and demands I apologize because their service is so bad and I raised my voice to get my items because I wanted to eat my food hot with my family. It was a ridiculous fiasco to retrieve my paid for items.Also, we were the only people in the drive thru and there was one other customer in the store; it was not busy. I’ll keep my money and make my chicken at home, no one needs stress like that.I’m looking at their reviews, they obviously don’t care.

Really if i could give no star its a zero. If you dont have cuatomer in sight one on drivethru you will cater to get that business thoae chicken muat be thrown away after 30mins from warmer. And honestly worse visit ever oh we can choose the only darkmeat thats what my manager just said ? I tell you i managed and opened 5 Corporate popeyes florida geirgia and this is never been a problem. Goodluck to this store they definitely is a NO NO store no matter how best and good popeyes chicken will ever be. Disgusting customer services is a hell no for business.

Awful. I order mild chicken and I got spicy, I asked for barbecue sauce and they didn’t have any, I asked for jelly and they didn’t have any.

We went through the drive thru didn't check our order until we was blocks away they didn't give us our large side of red beans and rice or our mac and cheese or the biscuits either so after going back they made us wait extra long and then only filled our large sides 3 4 of the way I felt like they may have done something to the food as well with the attitudes they had and the reason we had to wait extra long for our food.
