Ordered for delivery, really terrible experience 1) their website, full stop, does not work 2) pizza? 2/5 best 3) asked after teriyaki boneless wings above the phone, wings were simple and there was no sauce 4) rider got none of the instructions I gave over the phone and had to call twice

I ordered pizza earlier a day for a night pickup. Drive there and the place is closed and got no explanation and it screwed a birthday party that counted on the food. Very unprofessional. If something came up and they had to close early, they should have called and canceled my order, so I had time to find out something else.

We order all the time from Pizza Guys and usually it is quite good, but the pizzas can be in consistency in texture and toppings. Our access is the Garlic Lovers Pizza and we order this one and a second pizza usually a red sauce every time we order. Last night we ordered two completely wrong pizzas. Never happened before the guy who delivered us to call if we had problems with the orders, so he must have known. The pizzas took 1.5 hours to get to us, which is more than usual, so something has to happen. The third picture was the two pizzas. We ordered a garlic lover who should be up the pizza and the other should be the crispy club. No biggie. We call and let them know. The girl was a bit sniffy and blamed for short employees. I asked for a voucher for the next time that I didn't really want to order again tonight, because we could make the pizzas due, but I still wanted the right pizzas for free when we ordered again if that was possible. She then asked us if we were okay with the pizzas we got, or if she had to send us a new order, which meant that we would not get credit for a later purchase. All right. If you are insulted for a short time and would rather send another pizza instead of worthy of me. So I tried to reorder. The second delivery, we checked with the driver before he left. The second photo is the crispy club we ordered. The first picture is the same wrong pizza she sent before. I opened it and immediately knew it wasn't the right pizza because I ordered this pizza like 20 times... So I just laughed and said whatever, it's close enough and took it. I feel bad because I never call back or send back the wrong order and I just wanted a loan, the pizzas they sent were just not very good and I wanted my garlic lovers. Of course, before the call I checked my order number and my receipts and ordered the right ones. Anyway, we'll still order. The pizza is good enough and comfortable enough, better than the other delivery options also with the inconsistencies in the pizzas when ordering the same thing again and again. That's it.
