Visiting the city from out of state. Pho was okay. A bit overpriced. Language barrier? As they did not get my sister's order and she had to wait for them to make it after waiting 30 min.Food: 3/5

Food is good, atmosphere is HORRIBLE! Extremely loud to the point you can't even hear each other sitting at the same table. And then when the staff starts to use their blenders for smoothies in the open center area, that brings the noise to another unbearable level.Food: 4/5
