Place is ok not great not bad Went back last night and it was a crispy tortilla with jerky chicken

Delicious! Ordered the Baja bowl with chicken. Would recommend for a quick lunch spot.

Pepino’s has maintained great quality for decades. The restaurant is charming, and they are generous with portions and extra chips. My favorite restaurant on 23rd!

Pepinos is an average, serviceable Mexican restaurant that has all the offerings you would expect. The food here can taste dry. The standout has to be the tortilla soup which is amazing everytime I've gotten it. If you're looking for a quick bite, Pepinos will service you and you'll come away most likely fulfilled but there are far better options in Portland for Mexican food.

Burrito is not bad. Its not. Its good and inexpensive. Wow factor? Mmm maybe because i picked up right at closing. But there was no wow factor with it. Will for sure go again earlier in the day.
