I was really disappointed with this place. I ordered the trinity gumbo, and all I got were three shrimp, some very thinly sliced sausage, and I couldn’t find any chicken at all. It definitely wasn’t worth the $16 I spent; I felt like I got ripped off. To make matters worse, the owners are from California, not Louisiana. It feels like they’re just cashing in on the culture. Food rating: 2/5.

We tried the trinity and the shrimp and grits, and they were delicious! The food cart area has several covered picnic tables, which are great for sitting and enjoying your meal.

The food here is incredible, the service is fast, and the prices are excellent. The woman operating the cart was a true treasure, just like the cart itself. I really wish I had caught her name to give her a proper shout-out. I will absolutely be returning. I ordered the trinity gumbo bowl and the vanilla pudding, and I’d give everything five stars! I've always wanted to try African cuisine, and while I initially intended to eat Peruvian food today, I stumbled upon this hidden gem. I ordered The Trinity plate, and it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were incredible—you could really taste the love that went into it! If I could give it 20 stars, I would! I'm practically sweating from how good it was! Truly delicious! Food: 5/5.
