Mod Pizza Downtown - Portland

Love this place! its always usually very good..not once have I had a burnt crusted pizza or one with skimpy toppi gs.

70% of the time mod pizza is trash, the other 30% it is the best thing youll ever put in your mouth. So insanely inconsistent

We have been to two other MOD Pizza chain locations in Seattle this one beats them hands down. Apart from the ingredients, it is employees who know which items are vegan and which are not and can answer a question. We had a great employee who helped us, knew what she was talking about and didn't mind us asking questions. We brought the pizzas back to the hotel and they were delicious, the vegan cheese melted great the vegan sausage was excellent as well. My fiancé is gluten free as well as Vegan and they have a gluten free vegan crust as well. Updated from previous review on 2023 04 09

The pizza is classic bready crust with gooey cheese. There are loads of toppings; you can just point to what you want like at a subway. I went there twice in two days and the service was super quick. If you order online, you are given the calorie count of every topping, sauce or size or crust thickness choice; I used that to help me decide. Not everyone is interested in this, but if you are, it’s the most user friendly calorie information I’ve ever seen!
