Mcdonald's - Portland

I come regularly in the evening, as I work in the opposite and they consistently screw my order. not so complicated. I asked for a quarter without ketchup and guess what was on the burger. that happened several times. Apparently after simple commands is complicated for the night staff.

From this mcdonald ordered drove 15 miles away to work to find out my eating raw so I had to go back to get a refund that they no longer feel like eating there.

I ordered a large fries but they gave me less than I expected. When I asked for more, one of the Mexican employees gave me a disapproving look, including a Mexican supervisor. I was not satisfied with the service and will not be doing business with them again. They seem stingy and unprofessional.

I was stuck alone in the accessible stall without any toilet paper on either of the large rolls. I tried calling the restaurant but had difficulty reaching the right location. Despite being the only customers in the store with my male driver, I was unable to find help. When I finally emerged in my wheelchair, upset and without toilet paper, the staff member told me to calm down and insisted it was not her fault. I expressed my frustration and was met with further dismissiveness. When I called later to request the owner's contact information, I was met with refusal and unprofessional behavior. The lack of empathy and respect for my situation, as well as the subsequent lack of assistance, suggest a troubling culture within this establishment.

An employee mentioned that the lobby was closed, but there was a sign clearly stating it was open from 7am to 8pm. The sign should have been removed by management if there was a change in operating hours. This reflects poor management.
