Mad Greek Deli - Portland

As someone who has enjoyed a lot of Greek food throughout my life, I found this experience to be quite disappointing. While the gyro meat was tasty, the hummus was quite subpar—watery and with an odd flavor. The spanakopita also fell flat and lacked seasoning. Honestly, even the version from Trader Joe's is better. Additionally, the portion sizes were small, and the prices were excessively high for what you receive.

The sauce they use on their gyros is so delicious I could swim in it!

The owner is ru ruining the mad Greek sandwich because they don’t make it the Same as Nick the original owner used to make it. They’re using less meat, lettuce, the bread, cheap, and thin now and they charge twice what Nick used to charge

We ordered two Kolsch beers, the vegetarian sampler, and the Reuben sandwich. Everything was delicious, and the service at the bar was excellent.

Not a brisket sandwich after visiting the secondary location I realize that this location is selling hamburgers patties and labeling them as a brisket burger. Very deceptive.
