King Tide Fish Shell - Portland

My boyfriend and I ate here during our stay in the hotel above the restaurant, and it was a lovely experience! The location is phenomenal, being right by the river. We shared a regular salad and calamari, and we each got a cocktail. Everything was delicious and the staff were very nice!Food: 5/5

The bread was not what the person ordered wanted. The clam chowder was not what my son expected. The service was slow and little effort was made when a question was asked.

Great brunch, river views, exceptionally nice servers and outdoor dining.Views of the bridges, boats, and people watching on the esplanade.Tasty weekend brunch until 2:00 P.M.

Great location. Nice menu, but food could have been better. For type of restaurant I expected more flavor. Pork belly skewers weren't up to par. Drinks we good. Might go back if in area again.

We are here for dinner and breakfast while staying in hotel. The bar area and restaurant are separate. We ate In restaurant. The octopus appetizer was fantastic! Very tender and great flavor. We sat outside for breakfast and service was a bit slow.Food: 4/5
