Kells Irish Restaurant & Pub - Portland

The music was pretty good, all three dishes of our group were excellent! I had the cured beef and the cauliflower, the others were lammeinpot and sheppardcake. the waiter was attentive and engaged.

Kells is such a funny, secret bar. I love it especially when they are coming up threes hosting. her reuben is delish, and her personal is so kind and friendly that I always alert her to someone who had too much to drink. excellent bar! P.S, the brotpudding is for dying!

Came in the middle of the day and our server judd was spectacular. not of portland, so he gave us all possible ideas, what to do while in the city. very knowledgeable about the opposite and he will treat them well! super cool atmosphere and eating looks amazing!

Wonderful eating, endless drinks selection. Hannah, my bartender) was great. their parents visited what made the experience more personal and gave him a small town to feel home. thank you hanna!

I love this pub. It reminds me of my visits to Ireland...where both sets of grandparents are from. I imagine my dear granny would have enjoyed the food and nice pint here. The food is superb, the beers and ales are many, and after your meal...visit downstairs of a nice cigar and maybe a bit more than a wee glass of Redbreast. On my travels up and down the west coast I have visited many Irish Pubs, some real and others...well, not so real. So-o-o, my true, firm and honest opinion is that Kell's is among they very best.
