Contribuiți la feedbackDecided to give Hana a try before my flight out of PDX and I'm so glad we did! The service was great and all the fish tasted so fresh! I think the price reflects the quality of fish (in my opinion . We ordered the pork gyoza, chicken teriyaki dinner, salmon avocado roll, chu-toro nigiri, and tuna avocado roll. I would definitely eat each dish again! The sauce for the gyoza is so yummy I need a bottle to take home: the teriyaki dinner came with a salad, miso soup, and side of rice. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this meal and would definitely come back!
So dang delicious. Super fresh fish, great selection for vegetarians as well as carnivores, high-quality ingredients, kind attentive staff, can't wait to dine there again!
Maybe the sushi boxes and bento boxes are the way to go here, but I definitely wasn't impressed with the standard makis I ordered given the really expensive price point. I will say that I'm not familiar with what's normal pricing here since I'm just visiting Portland so maybe the price of these rolls are standard? NEGITORO ROLL 11 A good amount of spring onions (a good crunch with the tuna) in this roll but that also means less fatty tuna. Out of the six pieces, a couple of them barely had any tuna in it. In general, I couldn't really taste the tuna and definitely don't think it's worth the $11 price point given how small the roll was. UNAGI ROLL 11 This roll comes with eel, cucumber, and sweet soy glaze on top. Unfortunately, my cousin doesn't like cucumber so we asked for them to not include it. Without asking, they just stuffed a bunch of imitation crab meat in the roll to compensate for the cucumber. I understand that eel is expensive and there's no way they'd be able to add more eel into our roll. But at this point, there was more imitation crab meat than there was eel and we could hardly taste any eel at all. Definitely not worth it and I wouldn't recommend. SALMON ROLL 9 This roll was actually pretty good! The salmon was fresh and fatty and the rice and fish ratio was well balanced. If I had to recommend one roll here, it would be the salmon. However, it's still pretty expensive for what it is.
I'm gonna make a bold statement that I've given very careful consideration to, this is the best sushi I've ever had.
Nice people, better than average sushi selection. Very good service! They sometimes even have a passable fatty tuna choice, at a significant price, of course. Several salmon choices (King, coho, Scottish), snapper, ahi.... Pleasant setting, never a wait for a table!
