Gigi's Cafe - Portland

Cool little spot for breakfast, menu looked full of interesting and different things to try. Staff with super friendly and helpful.

I was VERY impressed by this spot. My biggest praises goes to the restaurant’s attention to detail and the balanced flavors of their food. We were greeted by our server with a plate of mini waffles, which were delicious, my wife’s iced coffee was served with coffee ice cubes, and our dishes were plated beautifully down to the garnish on the grits. The food itself was overall fantastic. The ratio of chèvre to bacon to arugula made for one of the best scrambles I’ve had. (Ask for aardvark hot sauce to take it up another notch). The only room for improvement I found was that the chicken sausage was pretty dry. Otherwise, my wife and I absolutely loved our food. We look forward to returning soon!

There were so many amazing sounding options on the menu it was hard to decide what to get. Luckily, they offer waffle flights to try a little bit of everything. I got the I want it all , and it was delicious. Definitely will need to come back at some point.

Good food but not worth the price. Took my wife there and almost paid $100 for breakfast.

Cute place! Recently visited for the first time. Really enjoyed the gluten free chicken waffles. Shrimp grits were also so yummy. The staff was very accommodating to gluten free diet. We’ll be back!
