One of the best burrito pods in portland and I will die on this hill.

The el coyote burrito is bananen. it's so tipping good. they are tempting, though so eat slowly, they enjoy it. the mercato is a great place for eating, drinks and shopping!

Breakfast burrito with chorizo! delish, and the kerl was super friendly! this whole food cartier area is super and cool.

The only thing I spend a fair amount of time critiquing is a breakfast burrito (sorry). I really wanted to like their bb but it fell short. The bacon was nice and thick but not cooked enough so when taking a bite you’d rip out the entire strip of bacon- probably best cooked longer and crunchier to give the bb some more texture. it was slightly lacking in flavor, nothing great to report on. I’d also recommend a different salsa for a bb instead of the same options that come with all the other kinds of lunch/dinner burritos since it’s such a different experience!
