El Nutri Taco - Portland

This restaurant is a little gem with a calm atmosphere, but it serves the most amazing tacos in town. Both pork options are absolutely delicious. They also offer a variety of vegetarian options to substitute for meat in their dishes, which they take pride in.

Very homey taco shop with lots of veg options. Lazy Breakfast Burrito is super fat when I was there there was a lot of take-out traffic. Vegetarian options: Tofu tempeh, most menu is clearly labeled veg vegan.

If you find yourself at El Nutri Taco, at least on Woodstock, you 're probably not there for the atmosphere. That said, it has some outside seating for the summer months and nice days. As for the food, I 'm not going to point Mexicanos there saying that la comida es la más auténtica. The meat burritos are decent, on par for Mexican, Tex Mex, Chicano food in Portland. The tacos are decent too. However, what El Nutri Taco has over other taquerías in the area is the vegetarian and vegan options, and these options are pretty diverse and tasty, so if you got some vegan friends and you all want to eat at the same place, I would definitely recommend El Nutri Taco. Vegetarian options: Check out the menu, but a lot of the burritos unless otherwise specified are vegetarian by default and you can add a meat choice to them.

The quality of the food at El Nutri is so fresh and delicious !! I love the enchiladas and tacos and my husband loves the burritos!! The staff is so kind and the service is quick but well done!

Extremely tasty Mexican food. Great vegan and vegetarian options. I love the chipotle soy curls. So tasty. Very friendly folks and a good vibe. Indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommended!
