Dutch Bros Coffee - Portland

This place is awesome. Everyone one is very friendly and cheerful and it's not too expensive. I had my 89 year old dad with me and they were all super excited that he was getting an iced coffee. It's always fast and friendly and a great experience.

I absolutely despise coffee. How did I wind up a Dutch Brothers? My companion wanted to stop in so she can get something to warm up with on a cold rainy evening. While I was there, I got a fruit smoothie, which turned out to be extremely good! Staff was very courteous and prompt, and it literally took less than 5 minutes for us both to get our items. The only reason for one less star in my review is not the fault of the establishment, rather where it's located. It is in a tiny parking lot, off of a very busy street, which makes it not terribly easy to get in or out of.

I enjoy the customer service. The staff is energetic and friendly. It's always nice to have a positive experience in your daily routine. The drinks are so good. Haven't been disappointed once.

I am so thankful for Abby...I came thru drive thru with a complicated order and originally it was made wrong. I drove back and went to the walk up and Abby knew exactly what i ordered and that they drink I had been given was messed up. She made it right away and thanked me for coming back... even asked my name. Its workers like Abby that make me keep coming back. ABBY YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

Love this Crew of people! They have such great energy and the drinks are addicting. Like crack. Only legal!
