Absolutely delicious! I was thrilled to have three different options for vegetarian sausage—such a rare find! I smoked the apple, and it was fantastic. The toppings were generous and creative! Great value for money.

With friendly and prompt service in a convenient location, this is undoubtedly one of the best food carts on campus. I particularly love their ash-browns—an amazing combination of potatoes topped with a fried egg, caramelized onions, and chipotle mayo. It’s the best breakfast I've had in downtown!

I went to the library many times after studying. The workers are always beautiful, my food is always delicious and it is quite expensive

The man who runs the cart is really friendly, and he creates amazing perfectly cooked French fries, hotdogs, and breakfast items. I will have to eat from this cart more often. Thank you Dogs and Fries for being on the PSU campus.
