Chipotle Mexican Grill - Portland

I just hate how they have a clearly marked area for picking up mobile orders and then they don't use it. They just stack up all the orders behind the counter and don't acknowledge the people standing around waiting to grab their mobile order, and instead they only focus on the line. Because of that, I tried going through the line instead since they won't acknowledge customers standing at the mobile order pickup spot. But once I got through the line to the front, the person working the register told me to just go to the register next time and not wait in line. Except I have, multiple times, waited next to the register so long they got through the entire line before acknowledging the group of people who had been waiting for mobile orders for 15+ minutes. I really don't mind any of the other problems with this Chipotle but please for the love of god just use the designated mobile pickup area so people can grab their food and go!

As soon as you come into the restaurant, the atmosphere is loud and unwelcoming. The music is blasting, the crew is generally unhappy to be there. They are consistently missing salad dressing and fajita veggies. The brown rice is often undercooked and their portions are tiny. Forget this place, go anywhere else.

Absolute worst Chipotle in town. They are ALWAYS out of things. The last time was Black beans, Fajita veggies, Quac, cilantro and chips. This last time, a Friday afternoon, they were out of Barbacoa, steak, and lettuce. Completely useless. I just walked out. Third time in a row they've been out of numerous things. I've given up on this location.

So I went here and asked if they could cut my burrito in half, you know because it 's freshly prepared meaning knives are everywhere. For some reason this was too mighty of a question for a mere hourly paid employee to ask so they turned around to seek the counsel of a manager (someone whose highest achievement was being the smartest of the nobodies) to ask if it was possible. The manager looked straight at me and said, we can 't do that . Unbelievable...

The worst chipotle I've ever been to hands down. They had practically nothing available. The manager or someone was actively complaining about having to teach someone while they were doing another task whilst 2 other staff members watched. The counter was beyond dirty you watch them slide your burrito across the counter and it drags rice and beans across with it. The burrito tastes very bland tortilla is chewy did not finish will not come back.
