Burger King - Portland

Hey Burger King, its bad enough that you still use instant shake machines...but then the workers dread cleaning these machines so much that they shut down the shakes at 11 pm at this location so they can start. i just spent $12 for a cab to drive me here so i can get food in drive thru.....i was so happy to finally eat when i got home....the fries were so good but i thought there would be more in bottom so l ate them all before i got to the burger. .....they shorted my Fries.....then i started eating burger only to have mustard and mayonnaise pour into my mouth from two wet soggy buns and they had only put lettuce, onions, pickles and jalapenos on the burger.....no meat, no cheese, no middle bun....omg im so mad right now, i got screwed in drive thru because I was mad that they shut down their shake machines at 11pm at this location....

Possibly the worst customer service ever.. went through the drive thru...kalani took my order and was the most unfriendly person I 've had to deal with in a while... no hi... nothing friendly about her... I would suggest either getting someone with good customer service or retrain kalani...smh

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was quite rude when I asked to use the bathroom to change my toddler, who had a messy accident. They insisted that I had to make a purchase in order for the lady to unlock the bathroom door for me. Despite my request, she wouldn't even give me the key to let us in. To make things worse, the bathroom was dirty and didn't have a baby changing station.

I wish I would have looked at the reviews before going here. This was the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The bathroom smelled like a dirty gas station bathroom. The whole building should be bulldozed and replaced. Don't go here.

Every time you get a burger it's slopped together and gross. They're very rude. They also don't keep their hours consistent. Don't bother stopping by at 7:55 because even though the sign says the dining area is open until 9, it's wrong apparently. Instead you'll be greeted by an employee cleaning and acting like they don't see you. I'm going to Wendy's. it's way better than Burger King anyway.
