Black Rock Coffee - Portland

I really enjoy the coffee at this place and I always order an iced coffee. However, I find that the line can get quite long at times. My only complaint is that they put too much ice in the drinks. Despite asking for light ice every time, I have never received it. Even with the smallest 16oz iced coffee, I find that my drink is gone after just a few sips. I hope they can train their employees to give light ice, as it is becoming frustrating to wait in line for a drink that doesn't last more than a few minutes.

Every morning, I take my dogs to the park through Black Rock coffee on Lombard. I am on a first-name basis with all the baristas and enjoy their enthusiasm as they serve numerous morning customers. It feels like being with family. For a great start to your day, come here for your coffee and a warm smile.

Great coffee and usually fast when they have someone on the tablet taking orders. Also dog friendly they hand out pup cups.

The coffee is really good and the customer service is excellent! I've visited this place twice and all the staff are very friendly. The baristas also give great recommendations.

Convenient that it's drive thru and the staff are pretty quick. Not worth the price for the blended and fancier drinks but good for coffee
