Bình Minh Sandwiches - Portland

My favorite banh mi in Portland! The flavors are spot on, the bread is crispy but not tough, making it easy on the palate, and the price is reasonable. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the prices could be a bit cheaper (I've had more affordable banh mi in Toronto and Houston), but in Portland, this spot offers the best flavor, and I’m sure it's also one of the best values. Everything on the menu is delicious, but I highly recommend trying the dac biet, xiu mai, and heo nuong.

This place had the best báhn mì I’ve ever had. Great service and prices. I’m going to be a regular here I’m totally sure of it. They have lots of other snack and drink options too! Can’t wait to try their boba.

Small mom n pop vietnamese sandwiches on north of Powell about 2 blocks westcof SE82nd. Best Binh Minh sandwiches around town. Requested toasted roll and your sandwich will be crunchy as opposed to a chewy french roll. My favorite is chinese bbq pork. Viet style beef stew is has hint of 5 spice flavoring. Limited number of parking stall at store front and additional parking behind the store.

The sandwich I had was absolutely amazing! I’m a sucker for Bahn Mi and the flavors were perfect in every bite. Will absolutely be back for another!
