Was something so gross in my fries. Sent photos. They didn't respond back. I always had problems with their food. Haven't ordered from them in a very long time. Never again.

Food was just what I was in the mood for and it was ready well in advance of expectation.

I got The Goddess with bacon, peas parmesan added. I feel like I've died and gone to macaroni heaven. The macaroni goddess herself blessed my food. 100% would recommend

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to address the ongoing issues with the crab at Mac’d. I hope someone in management sees this. For a while, I stopped ordering crab on my mac because it kept getting forgotten, and I don’t want to complain every single time it happens, even though it happens quite frequently. Initially, the portion size was decent, but now it seems to get smaller every time or is completely forgotten altogether. Today, the amount of crab was roughly the size of two mac shells, just plopped in a ball at the edge of the dish, and I’m still picking crab shell out of my teeth. If I’m paying an extra six dollars, I expect to get six dollars' worth of crab, which I haven’t received in at least six months. Please address these issues, or consider removing crab from the menu if they can’t be resolved. I’ll continue to order from Mac’d because, aside from the crab issue, the food is delicious and well worth it. But the crab needs improvement.
