This is a very nice clean location first time here driven by a million times. First off the music they are playing is VERY LOUD like ridiculous loud, noise cancel ear phones don’t work…. i couldn’t hear what the young lady at the register was saying, ridiculous and don’t get me started on the wait time. Should have know better by the looks on the customers faces. First time, last time here. Person preparing my food was also handling cash the cash drawer and i watched her make my sandwich with only one glove on.. straight to the trash and 18 bucks down the drain…. Delicious……

From the moment I entered the restaurant, the girl working at the front counter did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. Despite my smile, she did not respond, making me feel uncomfortable. I reminded her that as a customer, I deserved to be treated with courtesy, regardless of any personal feelings she may have towards me. I then sat down to eat my meal, but felt as though other patrons were staring at me, making me feel like I was being watched in a zoo. I contemplated advising my community to avoid this establishment and to share my experience on social media, as I consider myself a social expert. It was disheartening to feel unwelcome simply because of my race. I hope that the staff, including the manager who overheard our interaction, will learn to treat all customers with respect and kindness. This experience has left me feeling disappointed, and I hope that this restaurant works towards being more inclusive and welcoming to all.

This Arby's location is one of the best I've visited in the area. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the restaurant was spotless.
