Andina - Portland

Andina was a truly gourmet dining experience. I enjoyed a delicious dish (with a name I can't pronounce) made with pulled chicken in a creamy sauce. My friend loved the vegetarian stew with fried quail eggs on the side. The highlight was definitely dessert - make sure to save room! This restaurant is perfect for impressing friends with a taste of culture. The cuisine is authentic and gourmet.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! It's one of the trendiest spots in Portland with fantastic music (guitarist), tapas, incredible martinis, and a great selection of cocktails. The atmosphere is always lively. It's so good that even my Peruvian stepmother wouldn't be allowed in the kitchen!

I would like to say that Emmanuel Piqueras, the Andina's chef, is doing a wonderful job with his original food. He is such a great artist. Congratulations!!

I have dined there three times since March 2010 and it has quickly become a favorite in the Pearl District. The service is excellent and the cocktails are unique and delicious. I suggest trying the cocktail with habanero pepper as it is one of the most unique drinks you will ever have. The restaurant has separate menus for vegans and vegetarians, making it easy to find dishes that cater to your dietary needs. The appetizers are fantastic, especially the potato cakes with lime juice and avocado. The main courses are full of colorful vegetables and are sure to impress. While there are only a few options for vegans/vegetarians, they are all delicious. The atmosphere is lively and the seating by the window is lovely. The only downsides are that it can be too loud and dark in the evening, and sometimes the service can be slow in the back of the restaurant. Overall, Andina is a must-try for vegans and vegetarians in the area.

Although im blessed for any vegan options I don’t like when vegan options are kinda given to us like bread crumbs from a toxic ex. The meal was mid. Out of a rating of 10: 6 Flavor 3 Texture was rushed French fries instead of actual potatoes was weird to me. No sliced mushrooms also. 4 Presentation 0 Price $32 for French fries and rice If they crafted their dish more I would probably come back. But the French fries dish is a no for me dawg.
