Tasca David's Indian Tandoori

We visited here 3 years ago (2019) and the food was amazing then. Now in 2022 and glad to see it’s still here after the last few years of lockdowns. Only a few minutes walk away from the main square of the town, this restaurant is well worth a visit. The staff are very friendly and polite, even suggesting different dishes to try, which I did. All of the food was excellent and well priced. Some of the best Indian food I’ve had.

We spent a lovely evening at Tasca David’s. Their new location is very spacious and now offers outdoor seating as well. Although the ownership has changed hands recently, the food was still plentiful and flavourful as we remembered from our previous visits in 2107 2018, and the service was very attentive. The six of us enjoyed sampling the various dishes that we ordered, and we all walked away very satisfied. See you next time we are back in the Algarve!

Very attentive service. Food was also very good, nicely spiced tasted home prepared with fresh touches like lemon grass, star anise etc in some dishes. House white wine was also fine considering it was draught. All round good experience at a fair price. Will definitely return to eat in or take away.

Really delicious Indian food! we have tried three different vegetarian dishes. absolutely delicious and authentic! we had it for the taking that worked very well. we are coming back!
