A Ponderosa Tipico Algarvio - Portimão

First time i came to this restaurante , was about 20 years ago , with my previous wife and kids , now every time im going to Algarve in hollidays i make a visit with my new wife, she always tell me to come here , she loves the food here. to be honest , im Portuguese , so i know , that here im eating good and fresh !!!!! Prices also Top !!!!

Very reasonable eating place. A bit Fawlty Towers so don't expect high end but what they do they do extremely well. Hospitable and helpful but you need to speak Portuguese. We didn't but we got by and really appreciated it.

We had passed this place several times before when on holiday and gave it a miss. How foolish we were. Called for drinks only and were strucken by its charm. It looks run down at first but the further you go in the better it gets. We had already eaten so did not sample what was on offer. The next time we are there we certainly will.

Há anos que frequentamos aqui regularmente, sempre trazendo família e amigos. Realmente um bom valor ao dinheiro. Amelia faz tudo sozinha, desde servir bebidas até preparar sua comida saborosa. Porções generosas. Sempre recomendarei Ponda Rosa.
