The Pizza Box - Portglenone

Ordered 2 pizzas and chips with dips; initially charged £10 12 over and above the correct price; had to ring back and correct them on the price; was then told delivery would take 30 40 mins by girl on the phone; 90 95 mins later I had to call again about the order when it hadn’t arrived was told by delivery man when it arrived that the order had been ‘missed’ when we opened the order discovered that the dips were missing delivery man arrived with dips 20 25 mins later after everyone had finished their meal. I then called the owner and whilst he apologised and acknowledged we have been weekly customers for years, said he could credit us for the dips!!! Even in the face of completely messing everything up. In addition to this they no longer accept card payments much to the annoyance of many customers.
