The River Steakhouse - Porterville

I ordered the rib-eye steak medium well, that was very good and rice pilaf and vegetables. My wife had ordered the chicken parmesan over elbow noodles. She didn't expect the chicken to be made with a chicken leg. She thought it was with a chicken breast. She didn't eat it, and the waitress didn't charge her for the return. That's why it gets 4 stars. My meal was good.
