Eben-ezer Taqueria - Porterville

I ordered a torta and 2 tacos. First the torta was small just bigger than my hand, I requested no onions they only have cilantro mixed with onions not separate. Second the tacos was wet with oil and wasn't heated up properly as the tortilla was colder than the meat, also requested no onions only cilantro and a lemon on the side but once again cilantro mixed with onions. I wouldn't eat here again.

0 stars if I could. Ordered 2 asada and 1 pollo tacos. The tortillas were def not homemade and were drenched in oil and fell apart within a second. The asada was NOT a typical corte de asada and instead resembled leftover and reheated crumbles of barbacoa or deshebrada. The pollo taco was okay at best, I would have preferred a rotisserie chicken taco from the grocery store and that would have tasted better. I don’t know who is saying these are the best tacos in porterville but clearly they’ve never had tacos outside of porterville. I’ll be happy to never eat this filth again.

Hands down the best, most delicious Mexican food I’ve had in Porterville yet! People are super friendly too. I’ve gotten their Burrito de Pescado, Burrito de Camarones, and their Asada fries. Fresh and so tasty. Plus, they have drive-thru!

Saturday, 1/20/24 afternoon, food was horrible. Ordered a Carne Azada plate and meat had an odd taste and Spanish rice had a horrible taste. ?

They use to be really good but in my opinion the quality has went down. Also they raised their prices yet the food isn't worth what they are charging. I ordered some food for my kids and I and they made our food with mainly fat. Which I didn't order lard tacos and lard burritos but that's what they gave us. So gross and disappointing. Our food was definitely not good nor worth what they charged.
