Baskin-robbins - Porterville

Ordered a Double Scoop with two different flavors and they gave me the two scoops but only in one of my flavors. It'snot that big of a deal but it's frustrating when we didnt get the flavor we were looking forward to.

Ordered the 2 Pre-Packed Quart Bundle and the order was confirmed, but nobody said they don't have the flavors listed on the app until the dasher got to the store and then called me. Would be nice to have an up to date menu that can be selected from.

The Mangonada was absolutely fantastic! They make the best in town—dare I say even better than the small Mexican ice cream and snack shops.

Since the ownership changed, the portion sizes have significantly decreased. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I received the wrong ice cream and there was no chocolate sauce. This is the second time they’ve messed up my order. It shouldn’t be this hard.
