Didn't receive correct drink, milk shake pure water, chicken not cooked

Food was cold, the meat was dry and the mashed potatoes were also dry.

The overall quality of the food, the way it 's cooked, and seasoned are just below what used to be good food. the 2 for $26 is actually $31, and then they charge extra for almost all the sides. it 's $50 by the time you are done... so it 's no longer a deal

This is now the 3rd time ordering from Applebee's and I was missing part of my order. it's very frustrating because my family loves Applebee's but when one of us doesn't get to eat with the rest it's a huge disappointment.

Flavors were spot on, but I hit a bone chip in my Neighborhood Burger and the fry containers were half full.
