Brown's Country Kitchen - Portersville

This was a great little place to stop on our way from Pittsburgh to Meadville, Pennsylvania. The food was excellent and service by Debbie was great. The menu is attached. I had the Italian hoagie heated and it was delicious. We topped it off with cherry pie, yum!.

We like to stop in when we are in the area and haven't had a bad meal yet. They serve typical diner food and there is a good variety. Because most things are prepared specifically for you, you can ask for some changes, like a different kind of toast or no salt on your burger. Their dutch apple pie is phenomenal. My husband got an extra piece to take home.

Browns country kitchen is the best place to go with your family! The food is amazing and the service is so fast and the waiters are so nice and helpful. Now don’t let me get started on the pies! The coconut cream pie is the best pie you will ever get! This restaurant is family friendly and has a claw machine for the kids and a fun piano! So, if your family is looking for a new place to go choose Browns Country Kitchen.

We have always loved this place. I moved away for 20-years and stopped back in today for the first time since the 1990’s. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. So glad that Brown’s is still around and serving excellent food.
