Wagner's Ribs - Porter

Don’t waste your time. Even though they may have good ribs, you can’t have an early dinner at 3:45 in the afternoon with your 6 yr old son and enjoy those ribs. Then get treated like garbage for questions why a restaurant wouldn’t serve kids. Horrible. Should list something on their website that state no kids no children allowed. Not family friend. Rude. Disappointed 6 year old.

Drove 2 1/2 north to go to this place with my girlfriend and her parents me being 18 her being 19. we saw a dinky paper sign written in sharpie saying you had to be 21 to enter me being looker well older than 18 we walked right in and nobody stopped us. We sat down and they brought us menus and silverware when the waiter finally came to take our order she specifically singled out my girlfriend asking her for id despite the fact none of us were ordering alcohol when she said she didn’t have her id on her (which she genuinely didn’t) we were kicked out of the restaurant. If you’re going to kick people out of your establishment for not being 21 maybe clearly state that you’re a bar and not a restaurant, even then there are multiple bars in my home town that allow people to dine as long as they don’t order alcohol obviously. Very disappointed and the staff handled it very rudely. Kid-friendliness: Non existent obviously

OMG the food was awesome. If you never been here you just have to go. You will not be disappointed. Same great food and service. The best food and service as always

We regret that we couldn't taste the food that has such good reviews the service was so slow and unresponsive that we worried how much longer it would take to get the food. We didn't have so much time to stay.

I can't comment on the atmosphere. We had a child with us. We ordered takeout. The food was good.
