Ihop - Porter

We started with a pleasant experience, but soon badly turned, a regular customer complained about our waitress, who had handed over the menu to her and let her go to her regular section. the manager and the customer came into our section and pushed the waitress in front of the entire section and everyone could hear them, this was extremely annoying for me, as this is not how they treat a customer complaint. you put your hired back and have this discussion with her and her alone. I spoke to the manager who still spoke to her “regular customer” and told her that it was not meant to disturb all the meal times in our section because we all turned to her because they were loud and rude. I requested a discount and because I ordered a senior menu that could not be given. I will go on Monday and speak to the general manager; the worst part is that they sent the pregnant hired home. the manager is unprofessional and not a good leader of a team.

Terrible service. It took a long time for our group of five to be served at the bar. The bartender forgot one of our orders and didn't check to make sure all five drinks were included. The owner needs to retrain the staff and hire a new crew.

Was fast sat, that's a star. we have our first drinks fast, this is the second star. 20 minutes to order, get another 40 minutes to eat. I ordered the cheese melt- came cold, as cold the melted cheese was now gummy and the cheese sauce was not on top. another person with me ordered a breakfast sample - the haash brews swimming in fat, the eggs were cold, the speck almost raw. never got refills or even a check back, except to cancel the check. the manager said they were two cooks. we have still tilted 20% because all server looked angry and we probably take the hit from customers. this is second bad experience at this place back to denny’s!

Order to go. Get there and had to wait an hour. They said a cook quit. They had someone who was eating dinner cook. I ordered a sandwich, salad and cheese sticks. After an hour all I got was a sale. The manager tossed it at me then said I got what I got. Called the nes day and the manager said he’d refund my cc. That was a lie. Never got it.

The restaurant wasn't very crowded. The service was quite good. The waiter was not perfect but very polite. The pancakes were delicious, but the omelet was served cold.
