I think they're a great local burger joint and their food is delicious. I'm only giving three stars because they do not communicate very well when they're closed or open during regular days business hours. One day you just try to call to place an order and get no answer. There may or may not be a communication on the sign outside the building. I realize it's a small town home owned restaurant, but I think it would be nice if they were active on social media to keep their customers updated. Even an outgoing message on a simple answering machine indicating they're closed until a certain date would be nice. Their sign on 8/25/2021 says it's fair time see you here and there... That's not communicating very well to their customers. But again, great food if they're open.

JJ's has such good burgers!! Even better if you get it with a fried egg on it!!

I want to share that I have a dietary restriction that does not allow me to eat beef. It would be great if J.J. Jumbo Burgers offered turkey burgers as an alternative. This would make it much easier for those of us with gout arthritis. I believe that people wouldn't even notice the difference in taste between turkey and beef. Despite this, I am still very happy eating at JJ's. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always had a good experience. I just wish they would consider adding a turkey burger to their menu to make my arthritis more manageable. Have a great day and God bless.
