Everytime we go the food is okay.. the service is friendly enough. You never have to wait for an open table. But this time we stayed a little late, and I guess...

What a great disappointment! We loved El Rancho, but the service went down. How sad!
Apparently they close at 7:00 and not at 8:00, have not answered the phone between these hours. What has been regrettable since they miss in time?
