The Ball Room - Portage

I used to love going for the cheese curds, but I visited today and was really disappointed. There was only half the usual amount, and they were extremely greasy and poorly coated—almost like eating melted, greasy cheese. This unappetizing dish cost $9. When I brought it up to the staff, they mentioned it was a substitute from the supplier, but there was no offer to refund or even discount the price. I won't be returning.

This is a fantastic venue for pool tournaments. The food is delicious, the equipment is well-maintained and reliable, and the staff is friendly with quick service.

The staff here is extremely professional and friendly. The food is fantastic, with a wide variety of options for everyone. They have the best pool tables in the area, perfect for your teams and tournament play. It's also a great venue for holiday parties and events!

Good food and friendly service. Very nice beer selection and great old fashioneds. If you like spicy food, ask for the Habanero Madness hot sauce.

Food was well presented and good. Taco plate with chips, salsa and a chicken bacon wrap with chips. Nice that you get free drinks on your birthday and a free glass. Staff was friendly and attentive. Bar area was clean and large. Games area was huge and set up nicely. No shooting line for dartboard but we figured it out. A nice experience overall. Would recommend.
