Contribuiți la feedbackI just ordered a dipped cone and decided to go with the medium size to keep things casual. Wow, was that cone enormous! I’m starting to think OSHA should be involved because it really could use some safety handles! I can’t even imagine how big the large cone must be; I’d probably make quite the mess trying to eat that while driving with the window down. Anyway, I ended up finishing the entire medium cone. If I don’t develop diabetes from this today, I might just have to get another one sometime!
The service was friendly and quick, but the drive-thru speaker was difficult to hear. Additionally, the ice cream hasn't tasted the same during my last couple of visits, and I'm curious about what has changed. I'm not really a fan anymore and just wanted to share my thoughts. From now on, we'll be heading to Culver's instead, as the new flavor doesn't suit my palate.
Came in to this establishment after getting out of a 12 hour shift. All i wanted was the pretzels with cheese, and a dirt cake blizzard with extra gummy worms. Not only did i have to wait 40 minutes for my food, they forgot the cheese sauce for thepretzels, and they forgot the gummy worms in my blizzard. I tried calling to let them know they forgot half of my order, andtheir phone is off the hook.
I came through the drive thru after work today to get dinner for my husband and waited 30 minutes for one basket. Then when I glanced in the window there was an employee biting his fingers and another employee playing with their hair and never oncewashed their hands before handling food. I also saw employees wiping their hands on their clothes and not washing their hands.My husband and I are frequent customers. Then there were like little kids (about the age of 12) in the back making blizzards andhugging employees, and not washing their hands. I only gave 2 stars because the food came out hot.
Additionally, the counter where you place your orders had several items cluttered on it that shouldn’t be there. I’ve visited other Dairy Queens, and none had their products so haphazardly displayed near the registers. I believe this issue stems more from management than from the employees. The owner should consider updating the building to improve the customer experience. On the positive side, we had to wait for part of our order because the chocolate ice cream needed to be firmer, which was an employee-related issue. However, that was the only significant area for improvement I noticed. I don’t know how the staff could resolve the dripping issue, but they could certainly do a better job of regularly cleaning the trays under the machines. Overall, many improvements could be made if this location received some updates and better maintenance.
