Arby's - Portage

Every time I come here there is a massive wait for the drive through but today I waited in the drive through for almost half an hour before getting to the window. Got to the window and got my drink and got asked to go to the drive through reserved spot. Another 5 minutes and 3 cars through I get my order. I notice I?m missing something from my bag. I went inside to tell them that I was missing something and they told me they thought I didn?t want it so they took it off my order and if I wanted it that I?d have to order it again. I understand being understaffed or whatever the reason behind them always being slow is but a 30 minute wait just to get to the window and then not verifying my order at any point in the drive through process is ridiculous. Do better Arbys.

Great staff, wheelchair accessible in the building and bathrooms food was delicious and staff were helpful to answer questions about menu.They knew there stuff and were friendly and efficient

Had to leave after the credit card machine wasn't working. My order was already made and bagged. Why waste the food and not give it as customer service due to your equipment not properly working.

I visited the restaurant and noticed they were short-staffed, with just two girls managing the entire place. They remained calm and polite throughout, making the wait worthwhile. Great job, ladies! Keep it up!
