Sea Level Brewing - PORT WILLIAMS

Hey, this week end Im THANKFUL to sea level brewery for taking good care of my Dobro, which I somehow managed to leave in their parking lot on our Nova Scotia travels in August. Helps that owner Chris is a Banjo player himself. And their beers great too!

I used to drink sea level religiously. Your blue heron ESB was by far my favorite beer of any beer I've ever had. What happened? The blue heron used to be floral and bitter aswell as malty and borderline sweet. It's as if in the last year someone turned down the volume on it to make it more approachable? Unless they go back to their older recipe I probably won't be making my bi weekly trip to Port Williams for beer. Please bring back the award winning beer that you obviously changed the recipe ofWith regards to your not changing the recipe this may be so, but something is different about your approach to the beer itself. The proof is in the pudding and the beer lacks the same character it had in previous years

My husband loves this beer. He tells everyone, To make sure that they refrigerate it or it will go bad . It is on the cans but so tiny you cannot see it unless you are looking for it.Would be nice if you could put this information on your website and at retail sites.

Fantastic beer while on tap but don't recommend buying any bottles or cans as the quality isn't the same
