Burger King - Port Wentworth

Anyone giving this place more than one star must be an employee. Avoid it at all costs. The staff is dreadful, and the food is terrible (if they even bother to take your order). There’s no reason this restaurant should still be in business. It’s likely just the unsuspecting travelers passing by on the Interstate keeping it afloat.

The customer service at this Burger King is truly exceptional! Every time I walk through the doors, I'm greeted with the friendliest smile and a cheerful "You rule!" I highly recommend stopping by for an amazing experience.

During my last visit, I was asked to come inside to pick up my order, even though they could have easily handed it to me at the drive-thru window. This time, I found myself waiting over 10 minutes at the speaker box without any updates, just to be told to wait longer. It seems they're only able to process one car at a time in the drive-thru, which is quite frustrating.
