Bosphorus Cafe Grill - Port Washington

I went to this restaurant for lunch with my parents. We all ordered the gyro cheese sandwich, and we were all impressed by the superb bread, delicious taste, and great service. We definitely plan on returning soon for dinner. I highly recommend this place.

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent. The bread is fantastic and I especially enjoyed the lamb dish I ordered. I will definitely be returning soon!

The restaurant is a bit small inside and not ideal for large groups, but the food was excellent overall.

This restaurant serves authentic and delicious Turkish food. Menu has several choices of foods to order. Freshly made Lavas Bread is out of this world and a must to have along with the cold appetizers. The most cost effective is the item with choice of 4 cold appetizers. Chicken Combo Dish with both Adana Kebab and Shish Kebab served with flavored rice, seasoned vegetables and the Dil Sauce is most recommended. Kebabs are tender and delicious. Keep some space at the end for the must have dessert Knaffe. Ambiance is traditional, service friendly and overall a great value for money for authentic Turkish food.

Breathe last night in a FANTASTIC restaurant. literally walking from my house. Not much in the kind of ambience, but all the food, from the bread that was placed on the table, and appetizers by dessert, was consistently delicious. The waiting staff, the owner, the cook checked with us all whether we were happy. This has only been added to a very positive, fairly late evening dining experience. I was so busy enjoying the meal I never posted! Very recommended!!!! #TurkishDelight
