Pizza Factory Port Townsend

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever had! If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to make the crust a bit larger. I've tried gluten-free pizza at many places, and I can't wait to return to Port Townsend just for this one.

It was quite busy today with all the customers coming in, but they still managed to make our pizza faster than expected. Just look at all these toppings on it! They did an excellent job, and it tastes great too!

The pizza is outstanding, the staff is friendly, and the wait time was minimal. Overall, I had a fantastic experience both times I visited.

Born and raised you have to say great improvement of when I was a child. sure have small bends to work (the amount of time/cost), but not a big problem. Love it will be back

I've eaten here consistently since 2019 as I work nearby. While I haven't tried everything on the menu, I have had consistently good service and quality from their team. They offer a cauliflower crust which is ok overall but there's always enough sauce and toppings to make up for it. I haven't found a crust like this that isn't flat and cardboard like, but it serves the purpose. Every time I've gone in, the place is clean, smells fresh, folks are friendly and hopping Yes, like everyone, they've been short staffed and at times they get behind. Folks might want to take a step back and remember that they deliver pizza too and that part of their service was VERY busy all through Covid. Oh! And so STOKED the salad bar is back. Clean. Fresh. Some good protein options and you can have a slice with a trip through salad bar for less than $15!! They have slices in a case and will cook a slice to order if you don't like what you see
