I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Carlton's Cakes made my wedding reception extra special. Not only was the cake elegant, custom, travel-friendly (to Asheville, NC), and beautiful, BUT it was DELICIOUS! It took everything in us to freeze two slices to enjoy on our one-year anniversary (instead of eating every bit of it within two days of the reception). And I'm not even a cake person normally! Everyone at the reception also raved about how beautiful and delicious it was. Can't wait to have another reason to get a cake from Carlton's Cakes!

Jenean made a huge, wonderful wedding cake for my wife and I’s big day!! Macarons were also served and the most delicious I’ve ever had. She also made a groomsman cake and anniversary cake to go along with it all. She went over and beyond and we both appreciated her time and effort through the whole process. Thank you bunches Jenean. You are an amazing at what you do! We love it. And big thanks for your family helping out as well.

We have Carlon Cakes! We have been using Jeanine for our daughters birthday party’s for the last 5 years. Not only do they look delicious , they taste great, and she is always allergy conscious and will make us gluten free/dairy free version if we need it. We have also requested cake pop, macarons and other sweet treats too that’s are yummy!Jeanine is like family now and we are always excited to get a cake made by her!
