Burger King - Port St. Lucie

I had a disappointing experience during the night shift at this restaurant. The staff seemed utterly incompetent, and it was frustrating to see them struggle with basic tasks. They really need to reconsider their nighttime team, as they weren't able to provide even a standard level of service. It felt as though they were uninterested in their jobs, and when they finally did show some effort, it was clear they were just trying to get through the shift without a care for the customers. From what I observed, the quality of the food preparation was lacking, which only added to the negative experience. I wouldn’t recommend dining here, as it seems they need a serious overhaul to improve their service and operations.

This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. They seem to be focused on dragging out the experience, and it feels like you have to wait an eternity for everything. The meals are consistently lacking something, and they can't even take your order properly or leave a message when necessary. I'm actually relieved that this location is closing down!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My food was mistakenly given to another customer, who opened it before it was returned to me. When I finally received it, it was on a plate that had not been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, I witnessed a staff member eating food with their bare hands right in front of me. I tried calling three times to address the issue, but there was no answer. I was told someone would call me back, but after a month, I still hadn't received any response or email from them. I find this level of service completely unacceptable. When I got home, I told my partner about the situation, and she ended up throwing the food away.

Service and eat both suck! they are not hygienic, they eat while they are their food, no gloves, slow and not even busy. never back. I hope it closes. I work hard for my money to accept the fact as it throws away his money. do not go there, maybe if people are to change, it will make a difference.

This is your local burger King in Port St Lucie, about on par with the quality of the rest of Port St Lucie... One piece of shoe leather that has been so overly cooked and dried out that it barely covers half of the bun, 4 shards of lettuce that add up to about and inch and a half total that look like they were scraped off of the bottom of someone's boot, 1 56th of a teaspoon of mayo, 1 tiny tomato slice and a slice of onion. Pickle missing. This is at 6pm. All this aside from the fact that I was the only car in the drive through and it took them 5 minutes to take my order and another 10 to bag it up.
