Contribuiți la feedbackI stopped eating at burger king because there were always flies in the restaurants. The last time me and my parents did the drive-thru, there was a fly in the bag. Disgusting.
The fish sandwich was awful, over cooked, dry and hard. It didn't even taste like fish. The steak burger was great and the fries were delicious and hot
I go there for breakfast twice a week, and usually only order a sandwich, what they call hash browns, and a drink. I don 't really give the crew a lot of opportunity to mess up, so they generally don 't. Still, the reaction to Covid has many businesses downstaffed, and this one is no exception. That can mean waits of several minutes, sometimes as many as ten. I don 't do drive-thrus, so I 'm always inside. The place is clean and fairly quiet, and most of the crew reasonably attentive.
Just ordered food from this place, asked me to wait because the wanted to give me fresh nuggets and I pulled up and waited! Got home to a bite out of my crispy chicken sandwich to find that the chicken is raw!!! Took picture of it! I don?t think I?ll ever be able to a chicken sandwich ever again in my life!
Very Disappointing!!! Odered $43.00 Worth of food. They asked me to pull up because they were waiting on my nuggets (COMPLETELY understandable Big Order Dinner Rush). So I sat there for 20 minutes. Figured they had to drop fries and I was waiting a little extra... Welp.. I was wrong.. I had to go in to get my order, only to find it was still not complete and that the fries were actually cold! Management did not seem very concered about the situation, more relieved to just have me ask for a refund.... Customer Service Is Not Like It Used To Be... Worked for Burger King for 4 years (which is why I waited the 20 minutes at all, most customers would have been livid after 5 minutes) Paid for my order at 4:58pm and received my refund at 5:23pm with an order still waiting to be finished!! In all Honesty...Thank You For Saving Me $43.00!!!!
