Twistee Treat Port Richey

The service was quite subpar, but the ice cream was acceptable.

I only visit this Twistee Treat once or twice a month, but during at least five different visits, they've been out of root beer for floats. That's five times in a row. The staff member I spoke to was very friendly, but they mentioned they weren't sure why they keep running out, saying, "We always run out, I don't know why we don't order more." I'll leave my review at that. Edit: Over the couple of years I've been coming here, mostly for my daughter, I've asked probably more than 25 times and have been told they were out of root beer every single time. If you have no intention of serving it, just take it off the menu! Somehow, every other ice cream shop in the area manages to serve it.

I was enjoying my vanilla ice cream when I discovered hair in my cup, which was really unpleasant.

The ice cream here is impeccable. Always quality product, honestly the best soft serve around. However, the man with the green streak in his hair was the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with. Ordered for myself and my two kids (3 cones total) there was no one else in line and he rolled his eyes and scoffed when I told him I was ordering more than one item. By the time I got to the 3rd cone he said “alright pal, how many more” in kind of a demeaning manner. Again, no one in line, simple cone orders no toppings. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but it turned me off coming to this location again

They ice cream is very good but they are very expensive for the little bit you get
