Safavi - Port Pirie

I recommend the big breakfast and it really is big! And my husband recommends the pancakes with berries and cream. Delicious!

Sunday. Lunchtime...heading North up the SA Coast...Port Pirie...lets check it out. SaFavi...open...looks busy. Stop outside. Tell very friendly manager we want to eat in ...seeking quick service...place was very busy.We got helpful,quick sevice...delicious toasted...double serves...sandwiches...mine ...double Bacon,free range egg,fresh bun,Yum! My wife a delicious toasted cheese and Tomato sandwich...pot of English Tea with a spout that didn't drip the tea...hot...YES. Fair price. ,Friendly service AND most of the customers new the Manager by name when he thanked them personally as they left. Now why can't we get this service in the better known Big City?

Four of us went to breakfast at Safavi as it was recommended. The ambience was nice, a converted church, very clean and well set up. The coffee was good but unfortunately, I chose the pancakes and was very disappointed. Served a 3 stack with maple syrup and cream. Could not eat them as they were so dry and unappetising. The others had a good meal: my bad choice.

I had the Subaru breakfast and it was delicious poached eggs cooked to perfection everything very nice Vienna coffee perfect. If ever I'm back in Port Pirie I would definitely call in again

We were travelling through Port Pirie today on our way back to Adelaide and based on reviews of Safari we decided to stop and have a late cooked breakfast. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious, cooked to perfection and well presented. The staff were friendly, proactive and treated us as real people, not just customers. I highly recommend Safari if you are looking for a great feed.
